CS Rep: "That sounds incredibly frustrating, and I sincerely apologize for the technical difficulties you encountered. We definitely don't want that to be anyone's experience. Could I try to assist you with your purchase over the phone right now, or perhaps we can troubleshoot the website together?" Customer: "Honestly, I'm just so put off by it.
